We welcome original papers that have not been published in other conferences or journals within our conference themes. Here is how to submit:

Authors can submit full papers or extended abstracts in English.

All the accepted papers can be presented in the ICT2026 conference. Selected papers may be published in proceedings books or recommended to extend for submission to journals.

Abstract submission  You can send an abstract up one page to the Easychair system. The format of the extended abstract can be found here: Abstract format 摘要格式. The abstract will be reviewed and you will be informed when it is accepted.
All accepted paper abstracts can be presented orally in the conference.

Full paper submission You can also submit a full paper directly without submitting an abstract or after the abstract accepted. You can send the full paper to the Easychair system. The Word full paper format can be downloaded here: full paper format 全文格式. The paper will be recommended to a couple journal special issues.
